Business Analyst

About the Role

The Business Analyst works with all areas of the organization to identify opportunities for improvement in operations and processes. As a key member of the PMO team, this role collaborates with users and subject matter experts to understand roadblocks and deliver effective technical solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and documenting business functions and processes.
• Identifying and soliciting opportunities for business process improvement.
• Consulting with functional business unit management and personnel to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives.
• Analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and collaborating with IT members to design technical solutions.
• Participating in solution testing and ensuring systems are properly implemented through documentation and training.
