We are seeking a high-impact Business Analyst to support strategic products and customer segments within our Consumer business. As a Business Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance. You will be responsible for translating complex data sets and market trends into actionable product recommendations that enhance our commercial performance. You will play a critical role in defining how we measure success and how we scale our offerings to reach the next 100 million users.
Key Responsibilities- Support the end-to-end strategy, roadmap development, and commercial performance of key business areas within the Consumer segment.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance metrics, including user activity, revenue, margin, retention, volume, and P&L optimization.
- Collaborate with Business Leads and Product Managers to define problem statements, identify market opportunities, and support data-backed prioritization.
- Build and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reporting tools to help cross-functional teams diagnose issues and track real-time performance.
- Develop robust business cases for new features, market entries, and customer propositions, evaluating market size, economics, and operational risk.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define technical requirements, clarify trade-offs, and ensure the successful delivery of customer-facing features.
- Coordinate high-impact product launches by aligning inputs from Marketing, CRM, Growth, Compliance, and Regional operations.
- Analyze pricing structures, unit economics, and risk controls in collaboration with Trading, Treasury, and Finance teams.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging market trends to ensure Blockchain.com maintains its position as an industry leader.
- Establish and maintain an efficient operating cadence for experimentation, product reviews, and business performance tracking.
- Proven experience in business analysis, product analytics, strategy, consulting, or growth roles within fintech, crypto, or consumer technology.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling, funnel analysis, and evaluating unit economics such as LTV and CAC.
- Strong product judgment with a demonstrated ability to turn raw data and customer insights into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Comfort working directly with Engineering teams to navigate technical constraints and prioritize development sprints.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex findings to senior stakeholders and diverse cross-functional teams.
