Tommy’s Brewing Company is thrilled to announce the opening of our first stand-alone taproom in Brentwood, Chaguanas. This expansion represents a significant milestone in our journey, offering a spacious outdoor beer garden, a full-service bar, and 24 taps featuring our signature craft beers and cocktails. At Brentwood, we utilize state-of-the-art Duotank technology to ensure our beer is served brewery-fresh—unfiltered, unpasteurized, and delivered straight from the tank to the tap. We are currently seeking dedicated, hands-on professionals to help us cultivate a premier guest experience and bring our proudly local craft beer culture to the heart of Central.
As we build this new flagship location, we are looking for individuals who are not just looking for a job, but who want to be part of a growing movement. Our Brentwood location is more than just a taproom; it is a community hub where fresh pizza, exclusive menu items, and world-class beer come together. Whether you are leading the Front of House or orchestrating excellence in the kitchen, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of quality and hospitality that Tommy’s Brewing Company is known for.
Key ResponsibilitiesWe are currently recruiting for leadership positions across our Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) departments. Primary responsibilities include:
- Floor Supervisor (FOH): Oversee daily taproom operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience and managing service flow in both the indoor bar and outdoor beer garden.
- Sous Chef & Kitchen Supervisor (BOH): Lead culinary operations to produce our signature fresh pizzas and exclusive menu items, maintaining strict quality control and food safety standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and supervise staff to foster a positive, high-energy work environment aligned with our brand values.
- Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, coordinate with the brewery team regarding tap rotations, and ensure the facility meets health and safety regulations.
- Customer Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador, educating guests on our unique Duotank technology and the nuances of our craft beer selection.
The ideal candidates for our Brentwood leadership team should possess the following credentials:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- A deep passion for craft beer, artisanal food, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical proficiency in kitchen management (for BOH roles) or bar operations and POS systems (for FOH roles).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the nature of the taproom business.
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving and a desire to grow alongside an expanding local brand.
