About the Role
Bounteous is seeking a high-impact Principal Product Leader to serve as the visionary architect and chief evangelist for our AI-powered B2B MarTech suite. This role is designed for a growth-minded owner who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge Generative AI and enterprise-scale revenue impact.
Core Pillars of Responsibility- Product Evangelism & Market Leadership: Act as the primary technical and strategic spokesperson for the AI suite, translating LLM complexities into a value-first narrative for C-suite stakeholders.
- Strategic Roadmap & Visionary Ownership: Own the multi-year product vision, building a proprietary AI ecosystem that redefines content generation and personalization while ensuring ethical AI governance.
- Product Growth & Lifecycle Velocity: Identify opportunities within the MarTech stack (CDP, CRM, Creative Ops) to expand the product’s footprint and drive adoption velocity.
- Information Security: Promote and enforce key security practices and ensure compliance with global data privacy standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Deep, intuitive understanding of LLMs, RAG, and NLP frameworks.
- Proven track record of taking products from experimental pilots to enterprise-wide adoption.
- Extensive experience navigating MarTech ecosystems such as Adobe, Salesforce, and CDP.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both engineering teams and CMOs.
- Strong understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) mechanics and commercial KPIs.
