Key ResponsibilitiesAs a core member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex web environments. This includes the architectural design, development, and maintenance of robust Magento 2 and WordPress platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that all digital solutions are optimized for performance, SEO, and user experience. Your role involves performing regular code reviews, troubleshooting critical production issues, and implementing security best practices to protect client data.
- Manage and maintain the full technical lifecycle of Magento 2 e-commerce stores and WordPress installations.
- Develop custom modules, themes, and extensions tailored to specific client needs and performance standards.
- Optimize website speed, scalability, and overall performance to ensure a seamless user journey.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to implement responsive front-end components and intuitive interfaces.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and shipping providers to enhance platform functionality.
- Provide technical leadership and strategic recommendations for platform upgrades and architectural improvements.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to minimize bugs and ensure high-quality deployments.

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in PHP development with a focus on Full Stack technologies.
- Deep specialization in Magento 2, including experience with module development, checkout customization, and indexing.
- Advanced proficiency in WordPress, including theme development, plugin customization, and Gutenberg blocks.
- Strong front-end skills including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Vue.js or React.
- Solid understanding of MySQL database design, query optimization, and data migration processes.
- Experience with version control systems, specifically Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with international clients.
