About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Bilingual Intake Specialist (Spanish/English) to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients in a fast-paced personal injury law firm. This role is critical in delivering exceptional client service, gathering key case information, and ensuring qualified leads are efficiently onboarded.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, web inquiries, and chat requests from potential clients in both English and Spanish.
- Conduct initial client screenings to determine case eligibility (auto accidents, slip & fall, premises liability, etc.).
- Accurately gather and document detailed case information into the firm’s CRM/case management system.
- Clearly explain the intake process, next steps, and required documentation to clients.
- Schedule consultations and retainers with attorneys or case managers.
- Follow up with prospective clients to secure signed agreements and required information.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide empathetic, professional communication to clients experiencing distress or injury.
Shift Schedule (PST):
- Weekday Night Coverage: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Weekend Coverage: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, or 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
