About the Role

Belle is seeking a passionate and skilled BCCHW Trainer to join our team in a dynamic, hybrid-field capacity. This internal opportunity is designed for a professional who thrives on mentorship, operational excellence, and delivering the highest standard of care to our members. As a BCCHW Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce by leading in-person onboarding initiatives and ensuring that every Belle Certified Community Health Worker (BCCHW) is equipped with the tools, knowledge, and hospitality mindset necessary to succeed in the field.

In this versatile role, you will act as a bridge between operational strategy and field execution. When not actively leading training sessions or facilitating market launches, you will remain grounded in the member experience by completing appointments and providing direct field support. Your expertise will ensure that Belle’s unique blend of healthcare professionalism and exceptional hospitality is consistently reflected across all member interactions. This is a unique chance to grow as a leader while directly impacting the quality of care and support we provide to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate comprehensive in-person onboarding programs, field training sessions, and new hire orientations for incoming BCCHWs.
  • Conduct rigorous field observations and quality audits to ensure strict adherence to Belle’s operational workflows, documentation requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Serve as a primary culture carrier, reinforcing Belle’s signature standards for hospitality, professionalism, and member engagement throughout all training touchpoints.
  • Travel to assigned markets to support local training needs, assist with new market launches, and ensure regional teams are prepared for operational success.
  • Maintain field proficiency by completing member appointments and providing coverage during staffing shortages or high-demand periods.
  • Identify performance gaps through quality assurance reviews and collaborate with leadership to develop continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador during recruitment activities and hiring events to help identify and attract high-quality talent for the BCCHW program.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting operational priorities, providing support for special projects as the organization continues to scale.

Qualifications
  • Current internal Belle team member with a deep understanding of BCCHW workflows and company culture.
  • Proven experience or a strong interest in training, coaching, mentorship, or healthcare operations.
  • Exceptional public speaking and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire groups of various sizes.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, characterized by an encouraging and professional demeanor.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to balance administrative training tasks with the physical demands of field operations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Belle’s mission of improving healthcare access and providing a world-class member experience.
  • Flexibility to travel as required by business needs and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in documentation and a keen eye for detail regarding compliance and quality standards.

Benefits
  • Opportunity to transition into a leadership and mentorship role within a rapidly growing healthcare organization.
  • Flexible, remote-based work environment with travel opportunities across diverse markets.
  • The chance to directly influence the quality of care and professional development of your peers.
  • Professional growth opportunities through involvement in market launches and special operational projects.
  • Competitive compensation consistent with internal growth pathways.
  • A supportive team culture focused on mission-driven work and member-first values.
