About the Role
Montu Therapeutics is building its B2B commercial capability and seeking a driven and creative B2B Marketing Manager to lead efforts in reaching and engaging pharmacy partners across Germany. This is a pivotal role in growing awareness within the pharmacy and healthcare professional community, ensuring clear communication of product value.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies targeting pharmacies, prescribers, and healthcare professionals.
- Own brand and product marketing, ensuring messaging is clear and aligned with brand identity.
- Manage email marketing programmes to nurture leads and maintain partner engagement.
- Establish a pharmacy-facing web presence to promote the product portfolio.
- Build sales enablement materials, including decks, case studies, and FAQs.
- Work autonomously to deliver campaigns from brief through to reporting and iteration.
- Collaborate with commercial and clinical teams to ensure content is accurate and regulated.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and sales enablement collateral.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
- Native or professional-level German and fluent English skills.
- Excellent written communication and the ability to translate complex info into clear content.
- A self-motivated mindset comfortable with fast-moving startup environments.
