Key ResponsibilitiesThe General Office Assistant will handle a wide range of administrative tasks that require precision and a proactive approach. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the integrity of our internal systems and supporting the team through organized documentation and timely communication.
- Systematic capture and validation of data to ensure all organizational records are up-to-date and accurate across various digital platforms.
- Comprehensive organization and digital archiving of documents, ensuring that information is easily accessible to relevant stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Preparation and formatting of basic administrative reports, summaries, and presentations to assist management in decision-making processes.
- Efficient management of corporate email accounts, including filtering inquiries, responding to routine requests, and escalating critical issues to the appropriate departments.
- Providing exceptional internal customer service by addressing queries from colleagues and providing logistical support for cross-functional projects.
- Monitoring and tracking the status of various internal requests and applications to ensure timely completion and adherence to company protocols.
- Assisting in the coordination of virtual or hybrid meetings, including agenda preparation and documentation of action items.
- Executing general administrative duties such as scheduling, supplies inventory tracking, and basic data analysis as required by the leadership team.
