Key Responsibilities- Perform professional voice-overs for various media formats, ensuring a natural and authentic Australian English delivery.
- Analyze and interpret scripts to determine the appropriate tone, pace, and emotional depth required for the target audience.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors and producers to refine vocal performances based on specific project requirements.
- Provide high-quality raw or edited audio files that meet the technical specifications and standards of each production.
- Participate in feedback loops, including script revisions and retakes, to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with the client’s vision.
- Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring all recordings are submitted within established deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Must be a native Australian English speaker with a mastery of regional nuances and clear articulation.
- Proven ability in acting or vocal performance, with the skill set to portray various characters or personas as needed.
- Strong interpretive skills with the ability to take direction well and pivot performance styles quickly.
- Access to a professional-grade home studio or a quiet, acoustically treated recording environment to ensure broadcast-quality audio.
- Excellent communication skills and a reliable, professional approach to remote work and project management.
- Previous experience in broadcasting, animation, gaming, or audiobook narration is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with digital audio workstations (DAW) and basic audio editing software is considered a significant asset.
