Key ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Delivery Manager plays a vital role in ensuring our delivery teams maintain momentum and adhere to the principles of Agile execution. You will be responsible for the following:
- Facilitate essential Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure team alignment and focus.
- Monitor and track sprint commitments, work progress, and delivery outcomes to support a predictable and transparent development lifecycle.
- Reinforce Agile best practices across the organization, helping teams to identify areas for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate complex tasks, manage cross-team dependencies, and oversee handoffs to ensure project milestones are met without friction.
- Maintain accurate delivery tracking and status reporting within our project management ecosystems.
- Proactively identify potential blockers, risks, and delivery bottlenecks, escalating issues to leadership when necessary to maintain project velocity.
- Support Delivery Managers and Leads in following through on action items, ensuring that strategic goals are translated into tactical successes.
- Gather feedback from delivery partners and internal stakeholders to iteratively improve our standard delivery processes and cadences.
We are looking for a growth-oriented professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who possesses a foundational understanding of Agile delivery and a passion for operational rigor. The ideal candidate will bring the following:
- Proven experience coordinating tasks, tracking project milestones, or supporting software delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies through professional experience, internships, or relevant coursework.
- Strong organizational skills with an uncompromising attention to detail and a proactive approach to follow-through.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- High proficiency in delivery and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
- A collaborative mindset and a bias toward action, with a genuine desire to help teams succeed and grow.
- Bonus: Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent Agile credentials.
