Regardless of the specific team placement, you will be joining a culture that values radical ownership, strategic execution, and operational excellence. We are looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a meticulous eye for detail, and are energized by the prospect of empowering others to do their best work.

- Project Management Excellence: A proven track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion with sustained effort and high attention to detail.
- Organizational Mastery: The ability to juggle multiple simultaneous workstreams without dropping the ball, utilizing robust systems to stay organized.
- Strong Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse global audiences.
- Resilience and Agility: A willingness to "sprint" during event delivery periods and a proactive approach to solving problems before they escalate.
- Feedback Orientation: An active desire to seek out feedback and a commitment to continuous professional improvement.
- Mission Alignment: A genuine interest in the principles of effective altruism and a desire to contribute to the growth of the EA ecosystem.
