In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the accounts payable lifecycle while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your core duties will include:

• Managing the end-to-end invoice process, including receiving, validating, and executing transactions with a high degree of precision.
• Executing complex payment runs across various methods such as EFT, ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
• Reconciling processed work by meticulously verifying system entries and comparing detailed financial reports.
• Utilizing Capgemini’s Automation Drive Suite and DGEM Tech offers to streamline service delivery and optimize financial workflows.
• Identifying and proposing process improvements within your remit to enhance day-to-day operational efficiency.
• Maintaining strict compliance with company policies, internal controls, and established desktop procedures.
• Developing and acting upon month-end accounts payable reports to support the financial closing process.
• Collaborating with senior staff to flag potential risks in delivery models or resourcing, ensuring continuous service excellence.

• Prior experience in a shared services or corporate finance environment is highly preferred.
