Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Virtual HR Assistant, your daily activities will focus on the optimization of our talent lifecycle and the maintenance of essential employee data. You will be responsible for the end-to-end follow-up of candidates, ensuring they receive timely updates and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. This includes the complex coordination and scheduling of interviews between hiring managers and applicants, requiring a high level of logistical precision and professional communication.
- Proactively manage and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure data integrity and real-time reporting accuracy.
- Oversee the management and validation of sensitive documentation, ensuring that all new hires meet the legal and internal requirements for onboarding.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and candidate inquiries, providing clear, helpful, and professional responses to foster a supportive work environment.
- Elaborate and present detailed administrative reports regarding recruitment metrics, personnel status, and departmental performance.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Talent Attraction team during high-volume hiring cycles and assist in general personnel administration tasks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the virtual administrative workflow to increase departmental efficiency.
The ideal candidate for this position is a detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility and a genuine passion for Human Resources. You must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience or a strong interest in administrative HR functions and talent acquisition processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and comfort learning new HRIS or recruitment software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, with an emphasis on professional etiquette.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle data with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Availability for immediate incorporation and a desire to grow professionally within a short-term timeframe.
- Residency in or near Mexico City is preferred to allow for occasional attendance at our Paseo de la Reforma offices.
