Key Responsibilities- Support the management and lifecycle of corporate documentation, including drafting, reviewing, and archiving various legal instruments and agreements.
- Oversee the rigorous monitoring of contractual obligations and expiration dates to prevent lapses and ensure full regulatory alignment.
- Facilitate the coordination of legal signatures, utilizing modern digital tools and managing physical protocols when necessary for corporate record-keeping.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports that track the progress of legal, labor, and HR initiatives for executive management review.
- Assist the Human Resources department in labor relations tasks, including the maintenance of employee records and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Act as a primary liaison between the legal department and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries efficiently and provide administrative support.
- Implement and maintain robust data protection practices and information safeguarding protocols to protect the organization's intellectual and private assets.
- Collaborate on the preparation of board meetings, corporate governance activities, and internal audits to maintain high standards of compliance.
- A Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred; advanced students in their final years will also be considered.
- Proven experience or a strong demonstrable interest in corporate legal matters, labor law, and HR administration within a corporate setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple administrative projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
- Absolute discretion and the ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professional integrity.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on high-quality drafting and the ability to explain complex legal or HR concepts to various audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for reporting and Word for document drafting, as well as cloud-based collaboration tools.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, capable of working independently in a remote environment while remaining a collaborative team player.
- Fluency in Spanish is required, and an intermediate level of English will be considered a significant advantage for corporate communications.
