Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound customer inquiries via various digital and phone channels with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues by following established protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the internal database in real-time.
- Meet and exceed individual performance metrics, including average handle time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution rates.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to identify areas for process improvement.
- Minimum age of 18 years with a valid national ID (DNI).
- At least 3 months of previous experience in customer service, telecommunications, or related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Technical proficiency to manage remote communication tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts within the established timeframes, including weekends with a rotating day off.
