Key Responsibilities- Lead the conceptual development and execution of comprehensive brand identities, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Direct and produce high-quality design assets for a diverse range of sectors, including financial services, B2B corporate entities, and non-profit organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sophisticated website designs, UX/UI frameworks, and engaging motion graphics.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, ranging from high-stakes PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations to complex print materials.
- Provide creative mentorship and feedback to ensure all work aligns with our mission of driving organizational prosperity through research-based design.
- Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship, ensuring every pixel and message serves a strategic purpose.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design, typography, and visual storytelling across digital and traditional media.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for research-driven creative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Specialized experience in one or more of the following: Logo Design, Motion Graphics, UX Design, or Print Production.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to tackle demanding projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
