As a Junior Architectural Draftsperson, you will play a vital role in our project lifecycle, working closely with senior architects and engineers to translate design intent into comprehensive technical documentation. You will be part of a collaborative environment where quality and punctuality are paramount. Whether you are drafting site plans, detailed elevations, or structural sections, your work will directly contribute to the success and satisfaction of our diverse clientele, including real estate developers and site supervisors who rely on our technical accuracy to bring their visions to life.
Key Responsibilities- Create detailed architectural drawings and technical specifications using industry-standard CAD software based on initial sketches and design concepts.
- Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to ensure all designs are accurate, functional, and compliant with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Revise and update existing architectural plans based on feedback from project stakeholders and structural engineers.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation sets for planning applications, construction phases, and client presentations.
- Maintain organized digital project files and ensure that all drafting standards and OsiLab internal protocols are strictly followed.
- Communicate effectively with the project team to meet strict deadlines, ensuring that the high quality our clients expect is delivered on every build.
- A degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience or academic proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar architectural drafting software.
- A solid understanding of basic construction methods, materials, and architectural detailing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free technical drawings.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, digital environment.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage time effectively within a junior-level role to meet project milestones.
- Residency in or proximity to Warsaw, Poland is preferred, though the role is executed remotely.
