In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the design lifecycle, bridging the gap between initial ideation and technical execution. Key Responsibilities- Support the full design development process from initial concept through to final project delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive design presentations, including curated mood boards, material palettes, and spatial layouts that resonate with client visions.
- Produce precise architectural drafting and detailed technical documentation using ArchiCAD.
- Create high-quality 3D models and realistic visualizations to communicate design intent effectively.
- Manage FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) sourcing, ensuring all specifications meet the high standards of boutique project requirements.
- Collaborate with senior architects to refine design solutions and ensure structural and aesthetic consistency.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends and integrate innovative solutions into ongoing workflows.
- A professional degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 1 to 5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm or design studio environment.
- Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential for this role.
- Strong graphic design skills with expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and InDesign.
- Proven experience in 3D modeling and rendering software to produce photorealistic imagery.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to facilitate seamless remote collaboration.
- Exceptional design sensibility with a strong focus on organizational skills and technical accuracy.
- A forward-thinking mindset with familiarity or interest in AI-assisted design and visualization workflows is highly preferred.
- Previous experience working on high-end residential projects is considered a significant advantage.
