Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of comprehensive architectural designs and concepts rooted in contemporary residential design principles.
- Produce high-precision architectural drawings, including detailed floor plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD.
- Develop sophisticated 3D models and photorealistic renderings within Revit and SketchUp to articulate design intent to stakeholders and clients.
- Coordinate closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including structural engineers and contractors, to ensure design feasibility and project integrity.
- Strictly adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and global sustainability standards throughout the design lifecycle.
- Execute virtual or physical site analysis to gather critical data and ensure design accuracy against site conditions.
- Curate and present professional design boards and visualization packages for high-level client presentations.
- Maintain a proactive approach to professional development by staying informed on emerging industry trends, new materials, and innovative construction methodologies.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm or design studio environment.
- A robust professional portfolio demonstrating high-quality residential projects and mastery of BIM tools.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Revit for construction documentation and BIM management.
- Expert-level skills in AutoCAD for technical drafting and SketchUp for conceptual visualization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Honne design principles and their practical application in modern architecture.
- A strong foundation in sustainable design practices and familiarity with modern, eco-friendly building materials.
