Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support in the conceptual and technical development of high-end restoration and hospitality projects, ensuring all designs align with the brands luxury standards.
  • Adapt architectural concepts to various local contexts, site typologies, and specific implementation requirements while maintaining the integrity of the original design.
  • Assist the Project Lead in coordinating with international clients, operators, and external consultants to ensure seamless communication and project flow.
  • Participate in site visits and monitor project execution to ensure that the final construction accurately reflects the design intent and meets our quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary design team to produce detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and presentations for stakeholder reviews.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation and project tracking to support the successful delivery of milestones within the corporate project pipeline.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a Licenciatura en Arquitectura Superior (Higher Degree in Architecture); please note that degrees in design or other related fields will not be considered.
  • Possess a valid Spanish architectural title or be fully authorized to work in Spain at the time of the interview.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of continuous and demonstrable experience in architectural project development, specifically within the restoration or retail sectors.
  • High proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
  • Essential: Native or very high level of English (spoken and written) with a command of formal architectural terminology and technical fundamentals.
  • Additional language skills, particularly French or other European languages, will be highly valued.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency, aesthetic sensibility, and experience in the hospitality or high-end retail sectors.
