Your objective is to follow up on cold email campaigns, identify key decision-makers for pond and lagoon systems, and secure meetings for our senior sales team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns, averaging 100–110 calls per day, to follow up on automated cold email sequences and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Efficiently confirm receipt of outreach materials and navigate gatekeepers to reach the primary decision-makers responsible for site maintenance and environmental compliance.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria, including current vendor status, budget timing, and the immediate need for stormwater system repairs or dredging.
  • Accurately schedule discovery meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team, ensuring all calendar invites and pre-call notes are perfectly synchronized.
  • Maintain impeccable data hygiene within Smartlead.ai, updating lead records, tracking outreach progress, and keeping activity organized in real-time.
  • Support the broader sales development engine with light operational tasks, including LinkedIn direct messaging and contact research to enrich target lead lists.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects the professional standards, reliability, and high communication quality of the organization.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional phone presence tailored to U.S.-based B2B contacts.
  • Proven hands-on experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting, preferably within a B2B sales development environment.
  • High degree of technical proficiency, including familiarity with Smartlead.ai or similar sales engagement tools and lightweight CRM platforms.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the discipline to meet daily call targets while maintaining accuracy and high-quality conversation standards.
  • Experience in or knowledge of property management, construction, or environmental services is highly preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining consistent follow-through.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving operational processes and administrative tasks as the role and the outreach engine evolve.
