- Drive rapid shipping cycles, moving from conceptual mapping to live implementation faster than the industry standard.
- Act as an owner of your domain, taking full accountability for outcomes and navigating the complexities of a fast-scaling startup.

- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is non-negotiable, as you will interface with global clients and internal teams daily.

- A proven track record of solving 'impossible' problems through creative thinking and technical or operational rigor.
