Key Responsibilities- Perform continuous monitoring of social media platforms and digital environments to track brand mentions, products, and strategic business topics.
- Identify, analyze, and flag potential reputational risks and sensitive issues, supporting the development of crisis management plans.
- Map emerging trends, consumer behaviors, and relevant digital conversations to transform raw data into actionable strategic insights.
- Identify creative opportunities and brand positioning moments based on trending topics and cultural events.
- Ensure an integrated view of consumer experiences by connecting brand values with customer needs across all digital touchpoints.
- Provide social intelligence support for internal teams regarding campaigns, institutional positioning, and communication actions.
- Generate real-time alerts and reports on significant digital movements and social media KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and business units to align digital strategies and response tactics.
- Solid experience in social media monitoring, social listening, and digital conversation analysis.
- Proficiency with industry-standard monitoring tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Buzzmonitor, Stilingue, or Emplifi.
- Proven ability to identify, classify, and track reputational crises and sensitive public relations themes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize high volumes of data into clear recommendations.
- In-depth knowledge of social media metrics, brand health indicators, and digital consumer behavior.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data reporting and presentation.
- Experience working in real-time monitoring environments with a focus on agility and accuracy.
