We are looking for a Junior Commercial Recruitment Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in scaling our commercial workforce through high-volume talent acquisition and strategic hiring initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing a comprehensive portfolio of high-volume commercial vacancies with a focus on organization, quality, and speed. Your daily routine will be guided by performance metrics and the pursuit of excellence in candidate experience.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume commercial positions, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels and proactive headhunting techniques to attract top-tier candidates.
- Conduct rigorous screening, CV analysis, and initial competency-based interviews via phone and video conferencing.
- Facilitate individual and group interviews to assess behavioral alignment and cultural fit with Stone’s core values.
- Maintain constant communication and alignment with hiring managers regarding candidate progress and pipeline health.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all candidate data and stage movements are accurately reflected.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment KPIs, including Time-to-Hire, conversion rates, and SLA adherence.
- Champion a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and professional communication throughout the selection journey.

- Completed Higher Education degree (Ensino Superior Completo).
- Mandatory previous experience in Recruitment and Selection, with a preference for those who have supported commercial or sales departments.
- Proven experience or familiarity with high-volume recruitment cycles and rapid scaling environments.
- Solid understanding of recruitment indicators and metrics, such as hiring SLAs and conversion funnels.
- Exceptional communication skills, high organizational capacity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Residency in São Paulo (SP) or Rio de Janeiro (RJ) for hybrid consideration, or availability for fully remote work in other regions.
