About the Role
As a Product Manager (Analista de Produtos Pleno) for the Open Finance Enabler Squad at PicPay, you will be at the heart of Brazil's financial evolution. You will spearhead the strategic development of account connections and data reception frameworks that serve as the backbone for PicPay’s innovative ecosystem. Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will take full ownership of the product lifecycle within the Open Finance Enabler Squad, ensuring that our data reception and consent journeys are both compliant and industry-leading. Your daily impact includes:
- Managing the complete product cycle from discovery to delivery, with a specific focus on user consent flows and secure account connections.
- Conducting deep-dive business analysis to generate strategic insights that inform the product roadmap.
- Monitoring and analyzing key product performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and process optimizations.
- Designing and maintaining detailed business process flows to ensure scalability for current and future features.
- Developing high-level executive presentations and materials to support data-backed decision-making across the organization.
- Liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders, including Engineering, Data, Legal, Compliance, and regulatory bodies to ensure operational fluidity.
- Representing PicPay in Open Finance Brazil Working Groups (GTs) when necessary to stay ahead of regulatory shifts.
We are looking for a professional who combines technical analytical skills with a sharp business sense. To succeed in this position, you should possess:
- Proven experience in digital product management, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
- Strong analytical capacity with a business-oriented mindset, capable of turning data into actionable strategy.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Expertise in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools for professional documentation and collaboration.
- Familiarity with the Open Finance ecosystem in Brazil is considered a significant advantage.
