About the Role
Amiqus is the UK’s most trusted compliance and onboarding platform, and we are looking for a visionary Product Manager to play a pivotal role in our next phase of growth. As a Product Manager at Amiqus, you will lead a dedicated team of up to ten professionals in a cross-functional capacity. Your primary mission is to balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic efforts, ensuring that every feature we build is viable, valuable, and compliant. This role is not just about managing tasks; it is about driving performance through creative solutions and strategic roadmap execution. You will work closely with senior leadership to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies that maximize return on investment. By fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, you will help our clients transition from simple users to dedicated advocates of our software.
Key Responsibilities- Take full end-to-end ownership of the product roadmap and delivery for core Amiqus products, specifically focusing on the digital identity wallet.
- Execute robust product strategies that align with the broader company vision and corporate 10x growth plan.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management to maintain high-level backlogs prioritized for maximum commercial and user impact.
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of ten, ensuring that technical and non-technical members are aligned with the product vision.
- Incorporate user feedback and market data to expand product reach and enhance the overall user experience.
- Oversee the quality assurance of all product releases to ensure they meet the highest standards of security, compliance, and usability.
- Define, monitor, and report on key success metrics, ensuring that commercial benefits are realized and optimized.
- Drive continuous improvement within the development process to enhance velocity, impact, and software quality.
- Extensive experience in product management or product ownership within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing products involving marketplaces, mobile applications, or digital wallet features.
- Strong leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders up to the executive level.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a commitment to user-led development approaches.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical complexities into clear, strategic narratives for non-technical audiences.
