Expat Shield, in partnership with Chubb Life, is seeking dedicated professionals to join our growing remote team. As a premier provider of insurance solutions in Thailand, we specialize in delivering peace of mind to the expatriate community through comprehensive coverage and world-class service. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about financial security and thrive in a digital-first environment, helping clients navigate the complexities of life insurance with ease and transparency.

• Consult with international clients to identify their specific life insurance needs and financial goals within the Thai market.
• Present and explain a diverse range of Chubb Life insurance products, ensuring clients understand the benefits, terms, and coverage options available to them.
• Manage the end-to-end enrollment process, from initial inquiry and digital documentation to final policy issuance.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and timely responses to inquiries.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand the Expat Shield brand awareness among local expat communities and professional networks.
• Collaborate with the underwriting and administrative teams to ensure all applications meet regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
• Stay updated on local insurance regulations in Thailand and global industry trends to provide the most accurate advice to policyholders.

• Proven experience in sales, financial services, or the insurance industry, preferably with a focus on life insurance or health products.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in Thai or other languages is a significant advantage given our diverse clientele.
• A deep understanding of the expatriate lifestyle and the unique challenges faced by foreign nationals living in Thailand.
• Self-motivated and disciplined to work effectively in a fully remote capacity while meeting performance targets.
• Strong digital literacy, including proficiency with CRM software, video conferencing tools, and secure document management systems.
• Possession of a valid Thai insurance broker or agent license is highly preferred, or the willingness to obtain one shortly after joining.
• A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships through ethical consultation.
