About the Role
The Alignment Engineer performs Client standards and alignment reviews and works proactively towards aligning Clients that are misaligned against Company standards. This role involves maintaining and developing technical knowledge, updating documentation, and upholding best practices across client environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform remote standards and alignment reviews and maintain assigned client standards templates.
- Conduct thorough checking and updating of client information and technical documentation.
- Identify technical risks and collaborate with internal teams and the vCIO to provide recommendations.
- Proactively maintain and improve client infrastructure remotely while reviewing project results for quality.
- Contribute to the ITS Standards Library and participate in the Standards and Alignment Committee.
- Assist in the training, mentoring, and development of staff.
- Stay updated on relevant IT, telecommunications, hardware, and software developments within the industry.
