About the Role
Foxelli Group is seeking a visionary AI Filmmaker to join our remote tribe of builders and creators. We are redefining digital storytelling by producing high-impact, short-form vertical video series across genres like dark romance, horror, thriller, and fantasy. In this role, you will move beyond traditional production constraints, utilizing the latest generative AI tools to create serialized 60-90 second episodes for a global audience of millions. Key Responsibilities- Direct and generate high-quality cinematic scenes using the latest AI video, image, and audio generation tools.
- Execute the full post-production cycle, including editing footage into 9:16 vertical format optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Implement advanced techniques to maintain character and environmental consistency across episodic series using approved reference assets.
- Design immersive auditory experiences by syncing music, sound effects, and AI-generated voiceovers to match the pacing and tone of each micro-drama.
- Enhance viewer engagement through the strategic application of captions, text overlays, and visual effects timed to dialogue and action.
- Iterate rapidly on content based on performance metrics, ensuring both high quality and consistent daily publishing schedules.
- Collaborate with the creative team to push the boundaries of what is possible in AI-driven storytelling and digital cinematography.
- Proven experience working with professional AI video generation tools (such as Runway, Luma, Pika, or similar platforms).
- Advanced proficiency in non-linear video editing and a strong eye for frame composition, color theory, and visual aesthetics.
- Expertise in prompt engineering for both static and moving images to achieve specific artistic outputs.
- Strong understanding of short-form content trends and the technical requirements for vertical social media platforms.
- A background in classic video production, dramaturgy, or story construction is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high output of creative work.
- Familiarity with the full lifecycle of content creation, from initial concept and scripting to final export and optimization.
