Key Responsibilities- Support daily operational workflows to ensure the seamless execution of agency-led projects and core production tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and ensure all deliverables meet Caterpillar’s high-quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for operational activities, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the coordination of resources and logistics to support large-scale infrastructure and manufacturing initiatives.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs and sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Proven experience in operations, supply chain management, or a related administrative support role within a global organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and operational stakeholders.
- Proficiency in standard enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and project management tools.

- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Operations is preferred.
