About the Role

GoFasti is on a mission to make remote work remarkable. As a leading Talent-as-a-Service (TaaS) provider, we specialize in bridging the gap between world-class developers and designers from Latin America and first-class companies around the globe. We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager (Ref: 1079) to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects for our international partners.

In this role, you will act as the vital link between our talented LatAm professionals and our global clients. You will be responsible for navigating the complexities of remote project lifecycles while maintaining the high standards of quality and efficiency that GoFasti is known for. We are looking for an individual who is not just a manager, but a relationship builder who thrives in dynamic environments and embraces change with a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

As our Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of diverse projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Your core duties will include:

  • Leading project planning sessions and defining clear project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve desired outputs while maintaining rigorous attention to detail.
  • Utilizing a mix of Predictive (Waterfall) and Adaptive (Agile/Scrum) methodologies to guide teams toward successful milestones.
  • Facilitating clear, transparent, and consistent communication between LatAm-based talent and international clients to ensure alignment and build trust.
  • Monitoring project progress, tracking performance through relevant KPIs, and providing detailed reports to both internal leadership and external partners.
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact project delivery or team morale.
  • Fostering a collaborative team environment that encourages continuous learning, improvement, and the sharing of best practices across the organization.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for remote work culture and a proven track record in project management. To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Full professional fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory, as you will be communicating daily with global clients.
  • Proven experience in Project Management, specifically working with remote or distributed teams in the technology or creative sectors.
  • Deep familiarity with various Project Management frameworks, including Predictive (Waterfall), Agile, and Hybrid models.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage expectations across different cultures and time zones.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high degree of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • A proactive and curious nature, with a genuine interest in staying updated on the latest project management tools and industry trends.
  • Residency in Latin America, with a reliable home office setup and a high-speed internet connection for seamless remote collaboration.
Benefits

Joining GoFasti means becoming part of a community that values talent and innovation. We offer a range of benefits designed to support your professional journey and personal well-being:

  • 100% remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere within Latin America.
  • Opportunity to work with high-profile global companies and cutting-edge technology teams.
  • A supportive and inclusive company culture that celebrates diversity and fosters professional growth.
  • Competitive compensation packages tailored to the LatAm market.
  • Continuous learning opportunities and exposure to world-class project management practices.
  • The chance to be part of a company that is actively reshaping the future of work in the region.
